Registered Nurse - Operating Room, ORA ASC
Position Responsibilities
You'll perform nursing activities in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of the patient's surgical experience. In addition to providing nursing care to the patient in the operating room during orthopedic surgical procedures and assisting the surgical team as needed, you'll address patient needs during admission, provide comfort and reassurance to the patient, and explain the intraoperative phase routine procedures and care to the patient.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- An active RN license in both Iowa and Illinois
- We would prefer previous OR and/or orthopedic experience, but it is not required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- A strong ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
- The ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and their families
- The ability to travel as needed

Pay
The pay range displayed for this position represents the pay range for all positions that are classified in this job grade. Individual pay will depend on a wide range of factors such as candidate skills, experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and alignment with company benchmarks.
