About the role

Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Operating Room Charge Nurse in the Memphis, TN area. Applicants with experience in Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, CVOR, Charge, Circulate, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director, Manager, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Supervisor, Transplant, VP, or Vascular areas are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operating room team and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate preoperative and postoperative care
• Manage patient flow and staffing
• Assist with surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room Charge Nurse
• Experience in relevant areas such as Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, CVOR, etc.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
