Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN license in the relevant state or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform necessary duties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
