Responsibilities

• Patient Assessments: Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention skills, analyzes relevant data, and documents in a complete, timely, and concise manner.
• Communication: Communicates accurately, considerately, and timely with patients, colleagues, providers, and management, using SBAR and culturally sensitive communication.
• Problem Solving: Uses critical thinking skills to solve problems, integrates data from multiple sources, and delegates care effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (AAS in Nursing with a plan to complete BSN within five years).

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
