Responsibilities
- Perform scrub functions, selecting and handling surgical instruments and supplies.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient status, managing overall nursing care during procedures.
- Assist surgeons with tasks such as hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for use.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current BLS certification; advanced life support within 6 months.
- Registered Nurse licensure from applicable state board.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
- PREFERRED: Experience with Epic Optime, DaVinci robotics, orthopedics, and urology.
