Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in a 17-room OR with a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Support a variety of surgical procedures
- Maintain adherence to safety and procedural protocols
- Collaborate effectively within the surgical team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure
- Minimum one year of relevant OR experience preferred
- Ability to complete a refresher course if licensure has been inactive for five or more years
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills
Schedule
- Every Saturday and Sunday
- One rotating weekday shift based on unit needs
- Holiday call coverage required
