- Monitoring resident conditions and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supporting and mentoring nursing students and junior staff
- Educating residents and families about care needs and health management
- Leading by example to promote a culture of respect, quality, and accountability
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
