About the Role
Join a compassionate healthcare team in the Oncology Progressive department as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Provide professional accountability and adhere to organizational standards.
- Provide patient-centered care during day shifts (0700-1930).
- Maintain professionalism in line with organizational values and standards.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Preferred 1 year of RN experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
