Role: RN, Oncology Float Pool nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple oncology units, including specialized assessments, chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and patient/family education.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Float to designated oncology areas based on patient acuity and staffing needs, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing licensure
• Relevant clinical experience in oncology
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
