Job Summary This role involves practicing professional nursing through independent and delegated medical functions, focusing on health promotion, supportive care, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The nurse builds strong relationships with patients, assessing their needs, providing health education, and responding promptly to concerns. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and quality standards, administering medications and therapies, evaluating health data, triaging patients, and coordinating care across services. The role also requires acting as a patient advocate and supporting interdisciplinary teamwork. Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of RN experience, including oncology within the last five years.Graduate of an approved RN program with clinical experience under supervision.Licensed as a Registered Nurse (Colorado) and BLS certified.Certifications in Chemotherapy Immunotherapy (ONS/ONCC).Strong customer service, critical thinking, IV, and communication skills. Key Duties Perform nursing care following standards and safety policies.Collect and assess health data; prioritize patient needs.Triaging patients via in-person or phone consultations and initiating appropriate interventions.Administer medications and therapies per medical plans.Coordinate care, manage patient populations, and lead healthcare teams.Advocate for patients and ensure quality of care in all interactions. Additional Requirements Customer-focused with independent and team-oriented skills.Willing to travel between clinics in the Denver/Boulder area.
