About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and physical activities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit
