Position Overview This role involves providing direct nursing care in a specialized oncology unit and medical-surgical setting, managing patient care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts for optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.Serve as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess discharge needs and collaborate with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Active nursing license from the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS certification within one month of hire.Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
