About the role
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and protects confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing nursing assessments and interventions
- Evaluate care quality and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties consistent with mission and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
