Registered Nurse, On-call- Home Health (Nights and Weekends)

About the role

Assisted is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for on-call support at their Thousand Oaks office. Shifts available include weekday nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, home health care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• Licensed as an RN
• Licensed by the California Board of Registered Nurses
• Oasis charting experience preferred
• Current CPT and Health clearance
• Completion of the Assisted Health Care program
