Registered Nurse - On Call

About the role

We are currently seeking a On Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional Laurel Park team!

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care and dignity for each resident.
• Guide and support a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

Qualifications

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment.
• Experience with PointClickCare.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations.

Pay

Salary Range: $44-$45 per hour
