About the role

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our office. We seek an RN Nurse Manager passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family-like care approach to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care
• Visit clients in their homes for supervisory assessments
• Supervise a team of field nurses, CNAs, and HHAs
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN
• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts (or eligible compact state licensure)
• Home Health experience required
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Comfortable using technical tools, software, and EMR for visit documentation
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Yarmouth Port, MA 02675 before starting work

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, or contract positions available
• 8-hour shifts, primarily day shift (Monday to Friday)
• On-call, holidays, and weekends as needed
