We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department Nursing team at WMH. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run Hospital. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients in the Department
• Track contractions, operate fetal monitors, and administer prescribed pain relief medications
• Assisting Doctors; Prepare the delivery room and support obstetricians or midwives during childbirth
• Managing labor, providing comfort, guiding new parents, and support recovery

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the state of PA
• 1-year clinical experience required
• Specific orientation for the Maternity Department
• Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains professional knowledge and skills related to the areas of responsibility
