About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN coordinates care with other health team members and fosters continuity and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs
- Foster continuity and quality of care with the well-being of patients and their families in mind
- Assess a patient's medical status upon admission
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
- Participate in clinical team conferences
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required
- Nurses with an ASN degree hired after July 1, 2020, will be required to obtain their BSN within five (5) years of employment when hired into an Acute Care or Residential Living position
- Prior OB and/or L&D experience preferred
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting, preferred
Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- NRP within 18 months of hire and STABLE within 2 years of hire

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $34.11 - $51.73, with actual hourly rates dependent upon experience.
Schedule
Full time (36 budgeted hours), three 12-hour shifts per week, variable shifts.
