Registered Nurse Obstetrics

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in a collaborative team setting. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions to meet patients' physical and psychological needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient medical status upon admission and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee care delivery, including supervising LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences and adhere to documentation guidelines.
• Foster patient and family well-being through compassionate care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred or required within five years for certain hires.
• Current Montana RN license and BLS certification.
• Additional certifications such as NRP and STABLE may be required.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including lifting, moving patients, and operating equipment.
• Experience in OB and/or L&D preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, handle manual tasks, and navigate busy environments.

Schedule

Part-time role with two 12-hour shifts weekly.
