Position Purpose

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; basic professional nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
- Note, if the BSN degree is not present on hire, the employee must sign an agreement to obtain a within a specific time frame.
- Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification; additional Life Support training as applicable to unit requirements.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Competency in electronic patient management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN or MSN preferred.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $38.92-$55.68 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
