Registered Nurse Observation Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care following established protocols.
• Create and monitor personalized care plans, communicating critical changes.
• Cookordination multidisciplinary clinical efforts to support patient recovery.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Manage comprehensive discharge planning for seamless patient transition.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or professional licensure at hire.
