About the role
Provides direct nursing care within established policies and protocols, serving as a primary coordinator for patient care in a telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, record and communicate patient conditions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for comprehensive patient care.
- Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess and assist with discharge planning in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Diploma or professional licensure from an accredited nursing program.
