About the role

Join our Nursing Support Services Float Pool as a Registered Nurse. This position is part of our ongoing effort to provide exceptional patient care and support services. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse who can contribute to our team and support our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
