About the role

The Registered Nurse promotes and restores patient health through comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Ensure quality care by adhering to standards and protocols
• Maintain accountability for individual practice, equipment maintenance, infection control, accurate documentation, and a safe environment
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Manage supplies and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state
• Preferred Baccalaureate or higher degree with experience
• Basic Life Support certification
