Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt)

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Evaluates care quality, collaborates with care team, and maintains compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Holds a current RN license and Basic Life Support certification, with additional unit-specific certifications as needed. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements is essential. Maintains current licensure and certifications.Possesses strong patient care and communication skills.Adapts to diverse clinical situations with professionalism.
