- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality.
- All duties are performed in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
- Valid RN license in the state of practice or within a compact licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others depending on the department.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and various movements like bending, reaching, and kneeling.
