About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Participate in rounds and case conferences
- Assist in emergency situations as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
