Registered Nurse - NICU

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a Level III NICU setting. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure professional accountability. Support family-centered neonatal care, perform advanced therapies, and maintain certification requirements. May also float to other women’s and children’s units to expand clinical skills. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN). Active RN license in the state or compact licensure, with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certification in areas like NRP, ACLS, or other unit-specific credentials may be required or encouraged. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
