Registered Nurse - NICU

Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time role in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The work is performed in a clinical environment, adhering to organizational policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatments and medication administration.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in evidence‑based practice decisions.
• Engage actively in patient safety, quality improvement, and unit goals.
• Accountable for metrics and departmental activities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
