This PRN Night RN role is based in Carmel, IN, within the NICU department at a leading nonprofit health system.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care
- Implementing and monitoring care plans
- Coordinating multidisciplinary efforts
- Managing discharge planning
Requirements
- An Indiana-licensed RN
- BLS certification within 30 days
- PREFERRED: Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program
Qualifications
- Experience in neonatal care is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
