Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Communicate patient conditions to multidisciplinary team
- Care for patients in a float pool setting, providing PRN night shift coverage
- Coordinate with physicians and nurses to ensure discharge planning is completed
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse with an active license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or recognized multi-state license
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
- Certifications in BLS (within 1 month), Neonatal Resuscitation, and The S.T.A.B.L.E Program (within 6 months)
