Responsibilities
- Perform assessments of physical, social, and psychological status
- Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Carefully monitor patient responses and revise care plans as needed
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Strong patient care delivery, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; less than 12 months' experience requires obtaining a BSN within four years
