About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical, social, and psychological assessments
- Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement
- Coordinate care by delegating and managing resources
- Assess patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
- Promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Ensure accurate documentation and foster a positive nursing environment
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state; valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days
- BSN required within four years for those with less than 12 months of experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
