About the role
This role is based in Indianapolis, IN, at the Women and Infants Tower in the NICU, working full-time night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care for critically ill newborns
- Assess and respond to complex physiological data
- Cookordination a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate and support families, helping them become confident caregivers for their infants
Requirements
- Valid RN license from the Indiana Board of Nursing
- BLS certification within 30 days
- Previous NICU experience
- Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program preferred
