Registered Nurse - NICU

Role: Experienced NICU RN in a Level III/IV NICU setting. Responsibilities Provide advanced, family-centered care to critically ill newborns.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.Ensure safe, evidence-based practices in neonatal intensive care.Support patient and family education and emotional needs. Qualifications & Skills Experienced RN with neonatal intensive care expertise.Knowledge of neonatal protocols and clinical procedures.Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.Commitment to compassionate, personalized patient care.
