About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical teams to assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs. You will perform procedures, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families to ensure understanding of medical conditions and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
- Perform medical procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health conditions, medications, and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Strong communication, compassionate patient care, and teamwork skills.
