Registered Nurse - Neurology Unit - Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in the Neurology Unit (Night shift). Responsibilities include: Conducting patient assessments and gathering health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicating effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Providing individualized patient and family education based on comprehensive assessments.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practice.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
