About the role
Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Coordinate patient care collaboratively with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform duties in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or eligible via compact licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred for sign-on bonus eligibility.
