About the Role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare protocols and support a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure meeting state requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, or obtained within 90 days of hire.
