About the role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Neuro IMCU Stepdown Unit, guided by evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with patients and families.
- Support performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to staff.
- Promote research and evidence-based practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid RN license (multi-state or single-state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Less than one year of clinical experience required.

- Basic computer skills.
