Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions.
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders.
• Assessing discharge planning needs and collaborating with healthcare team members.

Qualifications And Skills

• Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license (multi-state/Compact State accepted).
• Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire or transfer.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
