Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Experience delivering compassionate, individualized care
• Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and field-based environment
• Must pass background checks and meet training requirements prior to medication-related tasks
• Must be able to travel to client homes and community locations as needed
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is preferred

Work Environment

• Office environment
• Primarily in participants' homes
• May include light to moderate lifting, bending, and walking
• Traveling is required
