We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph about RN position. Then "Essential Duties" list (many bullet-like sentences). Then "Knowledge/Skills/Abilities" list (bullets with ). Then "People Management/Department Management/BusinessUnit Management" paragraph. Then "MINIMUM EDUCATION", "MINIMUM EXPERIENCE", "REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE", "PREFERRED EDUCATION", "PREFERRED EXPERIENCE", "PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE", "REQUIRED COURSES/COMPLETIONS". Also mention "BLS" etc. We need to map to sections: About the role (intro). Responsibilities (Essential Duties). Requirements (maybe Minimum Education, Experience, Certifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications). Skills (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities plus People Management). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none present, so omit those sections. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what counts as list: Essential Duties are many sentences each starting with a verb. Could be formatted as

    • each duty. Similarly Knowledge/Skills/Abilities bullet list with . People Management maybe prose. Minimum Education etc could be list items under Requirements. We need to avoid repeating job title. Let's extract sections. Intro paragraph: "The Registered Nurse (RN) position presents an exciting opportunity for RN’s to advance the art and science of nursing in a patientcentered Multi-Specialty environment through their professional practice and leadership. The RN utilizes their knowledge, skills, and compassion in delivering Specialty nursing care in a supportive team-based environment. The RN will provide nursing care for patients to restore and promote health and to prevent illness and injury. The RN practices professional nursing as defined by the Texas Board of Nursing, Texas Nurse Practice Act and by adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Our nurses are committed to providing a collaborative environment to deliver the safest and highest quality of care for our patients. Our team of Registered Nurses model a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and positive clinical outcomes." We'll put that in

      under

      About the role

. Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. Let's capture each sentence after "Essential Duties". They are separated by periods but many are long. We'll split at each sentence that starts with a verb (Collaborates, Oversees, Assesses, Serves, Educates, Participate, Enhance, To ensure, Perform, As required and..., Participates, Completes, Assists, Enhances, Acts, May participate, Serve, Assists, Assist, Participates, Attend, Supports, Ensure, Adheres, Perform other duties as assigned.) We'll make each a
    • . Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: bullet list with . Each bullet: "High level of skill at building relationships and providing excellent customer and patient care.", "High degree of knowledge and competency in the practice of nursing and documentation requirements.", "High level of problem-solving skills to better serve patients and staff.", "Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Required.", "Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.", "Strong application of Microsoft office and electronic health records." People Management/Department Management/BusinessUnit Management: paragraph: "Supports nursing leadership with execution of initiatives, goals, programs, and complex organizational change efforts. Manage and supports the implementation of new initiatives and ensure coordination of strategy and initiatives. Supports complex organizational change efforts. Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations" We could treat as prose under Skills or separate section? Probably under Skills as it's about skills/abilities. We'll include as

after the bullet list. Requirements: Minimum Education, Minimum Experience, Required Certifications/Licensure, Required Courses/Completions (BLS). Also maybe "Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission standards, HIPAA regulations, and the Quadruple Aim" is part of Minimum Experience? Actually appears after MINIMUM EXPERIENCE line: "Two years nursing experience in an ambulatory clinic and/or hospital setting- Required Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission standards, HIPAA regulations, and the Quadruple Aim". So that's part of experience requirement. We'll create

      • for each requirement item. Qualifications: Preferred Education, Preferred Experience, Preferred Certifications/Licensure. We'll also include maybe "AAACN Certification" under Preferred Certifications. We need to avoid duplication: BLS appears both in Required Certifications and Required Courses/Completions; we can combine. Let's list: Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Minimum Experience: Two years nursing experience in an ambulatory clinic and/or hospital setting; Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission standards, HIPAA regulations, and the Quadruple Aim Required Certifications/Licensure: Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Texas; Basic Life Support (BLS) - Obtained through approved American Heart Association or Red Cross Required Courses/Completions: Basic Life Support (BLS) - Obtained through approved American Heart Association or Red Cross (duplicate). We'll just include once under Required Certifications. Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Preferred Experience: Three years nursing clinical experience in an ambulatory clinic setting with Specialty services; One year nursing experience in the care of Cardiology, GI, Nephrology, Pulmonology, Podiatry, or Neurology patients in an ambulatory clinic and/or hospital setting; Able to recognize cardiac rhythms and/or cardiac diagnostic testing experience; Ability to start and maintain intravenous (IV) infusions; Knowledge leading teams with clinical workflow development and nursing triage; Experience with Epic Preferred Certifications/Licensure: AAACN Certification Now Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none, omit. Now produce HTML. Structure:
