About the Role

Provide nursing leadership to deliver high-quality, safe patient care by utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Supervise, delegate, and document care and patient education, ensuring adherence to medical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional nursing care

• Demonstrate clinical competence and leadership in a hospital setting

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in Nursing
• National specialty certification
