Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Grow and expand your knowledge through different credentialing classes offered in-hospital
- Participate in the hospital's pay-it-forward program to have your certification exam paid for
- Earn a bonus of up to $5,000 yearly through the clinical ladder
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Preferred: Previous nursing experience
Qualifications
- RN license active in the state of Missouri
- BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
