About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult oncology and medical-surgical patients. Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and chemotherapy treatments. Monitor complex patient conditions and respond accordingly. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and families about treatments and care processes. Support safe transitions of care and promote quality and safety standards.
