Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Ensuring professional accountability
- Evaluating care effectiveness
- Coordinates patient care across departments
- Maintains patient rights
- Upholds confidentiality in line with organizational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained if not already held)
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting

Pay
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus for new RNs
- No contract requirement
- Bridging programs for BSN and MSN pathways (up to $16,000 each)
- RN Loan Forgiveness Program for new graduates (must start within 12 months of graduation)
Schedule
Part-time (24 hours/week) during 12-hour night shifts on weekends.
