Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Administer medications according to physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor and document vital signs of assigned patients.
- Assess patients’ conditions and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional and informational support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Proficiency in EMR technology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
