Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry - Night Shift

About the role

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a specialized unit. Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel, communicate with healthcare team members, and promote high-quality patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Current IL Nursing Licensure
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates

Key Duties

• Deliver independent patient care on a designated unit
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and promote positive safety and patient experience
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care
