We are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Adhere to safety and infection control procedures
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Current BLS certification and valid national and state licensure
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
